The Notice of Intent for a General NPDES Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Construction Activity has been updated effective January 18, 2013. Please use the most recent form. This can be accessed by clicking the link for “NPDES Notice of Intent & Instructions” in the Forms and Applications box on the Erosion and Sediment Control page (under “Programs”).

The CADD files for the Standard Construction Details from the E&S manual have been posted to the DEP stormwater homepage. They are available here.

When scheduling a pre-application meeting, please complete the pre-application checklist available here and forward it along with your request to the technician that will be handling your project.

DEP has announced another webinar on Wednesday, December 12. It will be starting at 11 am and ending at 12pm. The subject of the webinar will be NPDES stormwater construction permits and DEP’s Permit Decision Guarantee. Please note that the webinar is limited to 200 participants, so try to watch it collectively as an office.
