The subject of the webinar will be NPDES stormwater construction permits and DEP’s Permit Decision Guarantee. Updated Notice of Intent Form
The Notice of Intent for General and Individual NPDES Permits has been updated. You may use the existing NOI, Application Checklist, and BMP Worksheets until December 14, 2012. Any submissions made after December 14, 2012 will have to be submitted on the 11/2012 versions of the forms. These forms may be located by clicking the links below.
The Forms and Links section of this page has been updated to include the Standard Operating Procedures for Individual and General NPDES Permits. These documents outline the responsibilities of the Conservation District, DEP, and the regulated community with regards to timelines, submissions and acknowledgement of General NPDES Permits.

NPDES PERMIT FEE CHANGES AND PLAN SUBMISSION DEADLINES
This is a courtesy announcement for changes to Title 25, Chapter 102 regulations.
News: Changes to Title 25, Chapter 102 regulations became effective November 19, 2010. Any project needing an NPDES Permit that is submitted to the Conservation District for review or renewal will be affected by the Chapter 102 Regulations and NPDES fees imposed by the DEP.
General NPDES Permit Fees:
$500 administrative filing or “base” fee paid to Montgomery County Clean Water Fund and
$100 for each disturbed acre payable to the Commonwealth of PA Clean Water Fund. Please round off to the nearest whole acre.
Individual NPDES Permit Fees:
$1,500 administrative filing or “base” fee paid to Montgomery County Clean Water Fund
and
$100 for each disturbed acre payable to the Commonwealth of PA Clean Water Fund. Please round off to the nearest whole acre.
