2019 PAG-02 NPDES Permit for Construction Activities

On Saturday December 7, 2019 the new General NPDES Permit for discharges was issued.  Along with it came new requirements and new forms.  MCCD Will be unable to accept new applications using the old forms unless they are postmarked prior to Saturday December 7, 2019.  The new forms are available here.  These changes do not affect Individual NPDES Permits.  Additional information should be available early next week.

Resource Conservationist I

This position administers Title 25, Chapter 102 of the Department of Environmental Protection Rules & Regulations of the Clean Streams Law involving earthmoving activity in Montgomery County to reduce soil loss and enhance water quality. Main duty is conducting NPDES and Ch. 102 E&S plan/permit application reviews. This position also promotes, conducts and coordinates environmental education and outreach.
