Fees and Policies

MCCD requires one hard copy and one electronic copy for all submissions

Hard copies may be dropped off or mailed (or otherwise delivered to):

Electronic copies should be submitted following the guidelines available by clicking here.
Applications for Review will not be considered “received” until both the hard copy and the electronic copies as well as any associated fees have been received and processed.

Please make the MCCD Chapter 102 Plan Review Fee payable to “Montgomery County Conservation District”

Chapter 102 Plan Review Fee Schedule:
DISTURBED ACRES PLAN REVIEW FEE
0.1 to .99 $650.00
1 to 4.99 $4,000.00
5 to 9.99 $5,000.00
10 to 19.99 $6,000.00
20+ $7,200.00 plus $150.00 per acre over 20

 

Projects with earth disturbance greater than 1 acre will also require:

1.  The NPDES Permit Application Fee payable to “MCCD – Clean Water Fund” for $500.00 for a General NPDES Permit or $1,500.00 for an Individual NPDES Permit.

2.  A Disturbed Acre Fee payable to “Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Clean Water Fund”, which is equal to the number of disturbed acres, rounded to the nearest whole acre, at $100 per disturbed acre.

 

If you are submitting to MCCD via the online DEP ePermitting system, please note the following policy regarding submissions:

  1. MCCD asks that you please do not use the DEP ePemitting System.  
  2. The submission is not considered “received” until all of the fees are received.
  3. Please include the NPDES Permit Number on any checks submitted for ePermit submissions.
  4. Please include the MCCD Review Application 2024-05-13 with any checks submitted for ePermit submissions.
